Unisex, and true to size for most feet. Sizes run EU, so check the size guide below rather than guessing from your usual shoe. Between sizes or a wider foot — go up. The buckle takes up slack; a tight footbed doesn't.

Care
Keep them dry. Brush the suede with a soft brush when it starts to flatten. Never the washing machine.
Shipping
Australia: we dispatch within 2-3 business days, then delivery takes 6-10. Allow 8-13 business days in total, tracked the whole way.

How do they fit?
True to size for most feet. Sizing is EU 36–45. Between sizes or have a wider foot? Go up one. The buckle takes up slack; a tight footbed doesn't.
What if I get the size wrong?
We'll exchange them for the right size free of charge. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 2-3 business days, then allow 6–10 business days for delivery in Australia, with tracking the whole way. We'd rather tell you up front than surprise you on day nine.
Do they feel hard at first?
A little, yes. The cork footbed is firm by design so it can support your arch, and it softens and shapes to your foot over the first week or two. If you've only worn cushioned trainers, give them a few days indoors before you decide.
Is it real suede?
Yes. The upper is genuine suede cowhide, the footbed is natural cork lined with suede, and the sole is durable rubber. Because they're suede, they aren't vegan.
Can I wear them outside?
Yes. The shops, the school run, out to dinner. The rubber sole handles everyday pavement. We'd avoid wet grass and muddy tracks, because suede doesn't like water.
How do I look after them?
Keep them dry and brush the suede with a soft brush when it starts to flatten. Never put them in the washing machine.
