Where we ship

We ship within Australia only.

Cost

Shipping is included in the price shown. Nothing is added at checkout.

How long it takes

We dispatch within 2-3 business days of payment. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 6-10 business days. Allow 8-13 business days in total from the day you order. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed the next business

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan. That is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.

Where your order ships from

We work with an overseas fulfilment partner and your order ships directly from their warehouse. That is why delivery takes longer than a local warehouse would, and it is why we can price the way we do. We would rather tell you now than have you wondering on day n

Delays

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs, carrier backlogs and peak periods can add time. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, email hello@shopsolva.au and we will either track it down or replace it.

Wrong addresses

Please check your address at checkout. If an order comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will reship it once you confirm the correct one, and we will cover the reshipping cost the first time.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening where you can and email us within 7 days. If a tracked parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice.ine. day.
