By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fPricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include shipping within Australia. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

Products

We photograph and describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look different between screens, and because these are natural materials, grain and shade vary slightly between pairs. That variation is a feature of real suede and cork, not a fault.

Delivery and returns

Delivery timing is set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Both form part of these tYour rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, it is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price you paid.
